Crystal Creek is our newest development, located on the West end of Leduc, on Hwy 39. This 18 acre development is suited for a Grocery Store, C-Store/Gas Bar with Car Wash, Commercial Rental Units with Liquor, Medical and Professional Offices, Fast Food and Dine In Restaurants, and Fitness/Health & Wellness Centre. Our Build Centre @ Beaumont AB is now open to serve the Community of Beaumont and Surrounding communities. Come see our Building Estimator on site who will help you with designing your building needs, ranging from a small renovation to a full building package. 

This Spine Road, Nisku AB development offers 3 acres of opportunities zoned as a mixed used business location. This development offers room for a Gas Bar/Convenience Store, Commercial Cardlock, Carwash, and Retail Space for Lease, suitable for a Quick Service Restaurant. This development is slated to begin in 2027. 

The Beaumont development offers 5 acres of opportunities zoned as a mixed used business location. This development is now complete, with a Gas bar/Convenience Store, Carwash, Dental Office, Daycare, Restaurants, Retail Stores and our Leduc Co-op Build Project Office. We thank the Community of Beaumont for supporting us with this Project.

The Calmar development offers 80 acres of prime rail serviced opportunities, suitable for light and medium industrial usage. We will build or lease/sell as needed for your business needs. We currently have a Agro Centre with a fertilizer plant located at this location, as well as a 24 hour Cardlock. A 20,000 sq ft Retail Space will be available in late 2026 .Easy access from Hwy 39 and Range Road 263.

Our Drayton Valley site currently consists of a 24-hour cardlock, as well as a C-Store/Gas Bar. We have an additional 2 acres of land that can be developed for your needs. The land is currently zoned for mixed used business/light industrial. Easy access off Hwy 22.

The Deer Valley Site is located on the west side of Leduc. This location offers 11 rental units with Starbucks, Buster Pizza, Dentist Office, Veterinarian, Daycare, Hair Salon, Nail Salon, Education Training Facility, and Liquor. It also offers a Gas Station with a Convenience Store and Car Wash. This development opened in 2020.
